Email For Password Recovery Not Come.

Hi i returned to this game after i quit for a few years and found that my old char still exist. However, i don't seem to be able to login with my usual password so i try the password recovery.I have waited the whole night but email never come, even in junk mail.

Can anyone help me with this? This is my old char information.

Game ID : Diaspora
Email : [email protected]

It's my char back then when there are 2 servers and my char is in .com one.

My fried lord_ganesh had this prob :(

But he did not get his password yet )!

Seems many have this prob! :(

Hi it's me. After a lot of attempt i finally hit the right password. So thank you for this.

One more thing, I'm pretty sure password recovery is not working.

I gave forgot password ,and given my E-mail,for me it is working :)!

I thing this bug is for the person who logs in after long time :P

Please check whether the E-mail you have given in "Forgot Password"..

And E-mail you have in personal settings are one and the same :p

Password recovery is working fine but it takes a lot of time to get password.
It took more than 6-8 hours for my password to come (just as an experiment though:p)

i got my older id but i forgot pass word and email, but i remember the id
