You now gain 1 Smith's point by spending 4,000 on every artifact repairing.

this makes no sense whatsoever.
1. would ppl be supposed to be able to transfer armaments for smiths to repair?
2. if you repair your own at SG0, will they become only 10% effective? and at top level, only 90%?
3. wouldn't this create, almost immediately, a year-long repair queue for every SG8 smith?
If you want the armaments to be guild-relevant without forcing ppl to smith or compromising effectiveness, change the amount of gold necessary to gain 1 smith point accordingly (decrease as you advance in SG levels) | | +1 | | +1 | for Lord Syrian:
