When i buy element on market, and when price of it are too low, i always send a rebalance (sometime seller don't know about this happen).
But today i do a mistake...

-- and i sent a rebalance... meteorite... moonstone - i read it wrong...

I read wrong and sent money to Neiren. After this, i send him a message, that this is a mistake and ask him to send my money back (i sent him transfer-logs too).
He told, that i bought a moonstones from him - what??????????
And put me into blacklist...
"Player Neiren has put you into his or her black list!"
But... as i see in game rules, there are point:
3.15.2. Presents must be properly signed at all times by transferring 1 gold with proper comments. Otherwise, the transfer is considered loan and must be returned within 1 month (ref 3.14.).
2014-12-16 02:34: Transferred 200 Gold for Neiren, Commission charged: 2: loan for moonstones, 31k in total
2014-12-16 01:56: Transferred 30800 Gold for Neiren, Commission charged: 308: for moonstones
= i sent him another 200 gold to put a trace in a his log because i can't wrote to him (he blacklisted me without reason).
He can sent me less money and take few golds for transfer payment... but blacklist?

thanks, but question is still active - how to solve situation like this one, when we receive unplanned transfer?
- we must send them back? (of course minus money needed to transfer back - we must pay for return)
- and if we don't see this on transfer log? (when amount is small and we don't see that our amount of money rapidly increased)
- how much time we have to return this money? (when we don't see that we received something and spend all money)
- etc. |

| After a month, report him for not returning the whole loan. Those are bad excuses to keep gold and take advantage of human error. |
its good you recived some of your gold back. he also send me this: Ok. I will return him MY money but I will take 10% for my time, moral compensation, and for him not to make this kind of errors. If that will happen again, I will not return anything.

he didnt ask for a loan so i dont think you can report him for not return a loan he didnt take.
i am not sure anything can happend if the amount is inside your gift limit even that it is a wrong transfer. it is up to you to be sure that you transfer the correct amount to the correct player.
but i belive that most of the players will return you your gold |

Not entire amount must be sent back.
He don't ask for a loan, this is my mistake.
We can see in transfer log how return will cost.

Only transfer described as gift is a gift.

i know i also dont understand why he blocked you. i only tryed to help.
so if someone transfer me lets say 100k by a mistake and i am offline for 3 month then i can get a penalty for not returning a loan in time, when i didnt even know i had recived any gold ? |
This is not truth - when You made a mistake, due to game rules this is a loan.
Only transfer described as gift is a gift.
if i remember correctly if u send money without description is considered a gift and only if u specify is loan will it be counted as loan??
for example if u keep sending money to another account without any descriptions u will still get banned for financial assist?? even if u appeal to say its a loan after that the gm will nt accept that excuse....
correct me if the rules have been changed since i was last active...xp |

From game rules:

if this is not a present, is a loan (due to game rules) = mean, that if You receive transfer done as mistake, You MUST return it.
Question is - is someone will still send money - again and again - what is this? |

1. this is what happens when people are nice to obvious jerks. Buy their cheap elements and just send them a PM
2. you could actually be blamed for your behaviour, because you maintain prices artifically high when perhaps they'd tend to decrease
...
3. you're truly an exception in this world. Ignore points 1 and 2 and don't change :o)

I think even if this wouldn't be considered a loan (which wont happen most likely), you could still report him.
He received 38000 in total for 4 meteorite shards.

IF he returns 27900, that would mean he kept 10100 for 4 meteorite shard which is still about 1k above the normal cost per meteorite shard. And i doubt if you can sell an element which is at 1.5k for something like 2.5k
OR that he has the remaining amount as loan, you could report him that way which is going to be much easier considering what pang has said and the log attachment you made with 200 gold. |
i don't want to report him, because this is my fault (i read that i bought a moonstones, so i sent money to rebalance up to 9.500 per element).
Finally i received almost all money and i can report if he not return it. But i received money back. We can discuss about this 10%, but this is my loss.
I just not understood why he blocked me - he think, that this will end this problem?
How right is claim, that money sent as mistake are loan?

| Discuss about game rules ? Where game rules don't apply, common sense comes to play. And my common sense says that you can report him, but if you're ok with your mistake then don't expect anyone else to take action. You want to know why he blocked you, I'll tell you why : He was hoping you're a stupid kid that would let this go and he'd make 30k easy cheesy money. Of course the problem would not end, because your problem is his benefit. |
