Hi,
Someone has deleted my brother's account and all of his alts recently. He had no idea what had happened so he asked me to log in and see if any reason had been given.
What has happened was that my brother had created this forum message:

In that forum message he had asked for his alt s0ul_crusher to be deleted (1. because he already had two other alts and didn't need that one and 2. because he had accidentally created the character as a girl). Anyway, this morning all of his alts and his main had been deleted not just s0ul_crusher. He had not done anything illegal and he does not know why all the accounts were deleted when only s0ul_crusher was supposed to be.
Does anyone have any ideas why this happened or who to contact to fix this?

Someone please delete this account. I have two multis already and don't want this third one (as it is against the game rules). I don't wish to break any rules and would like this third account to be blocked.

That's annoying yeah. He had too many multis and wanted to get rid of one. I've submitted an appeal on his part but it takes 7 working days so he will probably end up missing the Christmas event.

when you submitting appeal, clearly state which is main,which are the 2 multi who don't want to block and finally which are the multi's who want to block.
if no transfer between them, they may be unblocked

Lord Hallion what do you mean 'stats' of deleted accounts?
And there isn't anyway he would start a new one. He was level 10 and generally played a lot more regularly than I do, but given all the time he'd put into it would probably quit the game after losing all that. |

First of all... generaly, he must speek for him self, not hes *brother* do that.
second, hee need do #4, and hope for unblock.. maybe he will get it, if he have not break law.

hahaha that's funny. I don't know anyone that can get to lv10 in 2 months. maybe if you sat in front of your computer on game 24/7 not even sleeping, even then it would take more than 2 months.

hahaha that's funny. I don't know anyone that can get to lv10 in 2 months. maybe if you sat in front of your computer on game 24/7 not even sleeping, even then it would take more than 2 months.
Well, its unessesary to spend that much time at pc and in game...
but.. take right time to do it.. :)

The 7 days is not from when you submitted it. The 7 days is from when a reviewer was appointed to consider the case.
You may be able to log into the Appeal Commission forums and see the status of your case there. Otherwise, you simply have to wait until the process is completed.
Keep in mind that once the case has been reviewed, if they do make the decision to allow the character to be unblocked, they have to submit those requests back to Administration and you will have to wait until that action can be completed by them.
It is by no means a fast process, the Appeals Commission have a number of cases to review and they want to make sure they do it fairly, accurately and following the correct procedures! |
