Make themes available
Different designs for Homepage, Forum, Mail etc.
There will be some predefined themes from Game
While users can make their custom themes too using some easy options -
For ex background color or background Image, font color, font style, etc |
i think themes would be good ...

| +1 Should be easy work actually, all they have to do is create some modified CSS files and a few corrseponding images for that... |

It's actually a lot harder than it at first seems. LWM's standard "theme" actually consists of very little CSS. The entire stylinf of the menu (top of the page) is only images, the CSS is used for positioning mostly. I remember when I made a GM script to revert LWM to the winter theme, their were almost 100 images the script had to replace |
| for Lord SpeedOfSound: Oh. I did a look at the page source and it was messy. IMO there are a lot of images but it shouldn't be that hard to make corresponding images but it will be a lot of work though. |
