Congratulations!
You may have already got a few offers in your private mail from players who wish to buy it. That could be a good general indicator to see how much players are willing to pay for it, although the offers might sometimes be a little below a 'market' value. If you have received those offers, then you could take the maximum offer and increase it a little bit and try your luck on the market to get a bit more value out of it.
Here are a couple of historic sales as a starting point;

There are a couple of player to player transfers that I found, but they further back in 2014 and were sold for between 400-500k.
My suggestion is that you try market the boots. I think that since such a significant time has past since the January 2015 sale that I first mentioned (which is also the last time a player found one in a chest of abundance), you are probably able to get more than 650k for it. Perhaps start higher and bring it down if it doesn't sell!

| I have personally seen giving fixed price sales for a high price, and slowly reducing it gives the best results, but if you are in a hurry go with post 4. |

| Yeah IMO just start an auction with 1 gold and no buyout price fore 3 days. It will sell for sure and also at whatever price people would buy it for. |

I just noticed a militant item that dropped which sold for 350k (used to be 750k).
New arts = lesser demand for old rare items = price drop. |
