Redundancy of buildings

My idea is to remove market, blacksmith, warehouse etc. from castles of every faction.
It just need to be constructed once.

I would like to keep my option to build what i want. Also it makes more sense to have blacksmith, market and warehouse separate.
while in terms of gameplay, the idea sounds nice, in terms of roleplay/lore however, this isn't a good idea.

While all the factions have some common "features" and can more or less coexist together, their cultures and traditions is very different from one another. for example, dwarfs would use the power/fire of the earth to forge soomething while elfs would use the power/magic of the forest. It doesn't really show in the game, but each faction have their own variations of the same building and ways of doings things.
What is the sense of having it for every faction if you can change faction whenever you want?

That is true, but it happens mostly in such games where you cannot change faction.
Why would a sensible person make warehouse again and again for all factions when he could make it once, and switch to that faction whenevr he wants to buy arts.
for example:
I have a fully build Elf castle, and I have made a dwarf castle.
I will not make warehouse etc. there because it is wastle of money when you can switch between faction unlimited number of times.

I'm sorry I misunderstood. I thought you meant to combine all the buildings (blacksmith, warehouse, etc).

Definitely! it makes sense.

after building them in one faction (main) there is no reason to build and pay for them again and again because when playing other factions you can simply change faction back to your main to make use of the one you already built (for buying and selling arts - storage, repairing, etc,).
-1 for storage (it's too easy to play a new faction with 70 arts and not pay for it)
+1 for others

In terms of roleplay though, definitely -1. Different castle, so needs all buildings.
+1 if I get a refund, -1 otherwise.
