Password and email changed by Lexa

AuthorPassword and email changed by Lexa
The transfer log of my character shows that it was jailed, password and email address changed and then released from jail. Now, it has been quite a while since I logged back in as that character but I'd like to do so now. But I am unable to log in, or reset my password with my email id that I had used while creating the account (I haven't changed the email id and nor have I received any emails telling me about an email change). I assume this is because Lexa has reset both my email id and password. So how can I get my character back, if at all? If not, can I know the reason why this happened?

P.S. I had made a topic regarding this in Q&H but as this seems like a Technical problem, I am posting it here. If its the wrong forum, please move it to the appropriate one.
It's very very unlikely that you will get your character back (chance is almost equal to zero) simply because you can't prove this is really your account. It also looks odd that you logged in at the same day you were jailed but noticed all those things just NOW (why didn't you say anything previously?)

Looking at the comment in your transfer log it seems that the account was either hacked or you transferred your password to someone else. And definitely no one will send you the details (email and/or password) of a character when it's not 100% sure that it really belongs to you.

By the way, you claim Vlaer to be your character, but in your profile you write that Naycien is your main and only character...
Lexa didn't change your email. It is a template. You need to recover the password, having requested the letter on the email.
I know, because

for Magier: I do have the email id that I had used to create my character with. Can the password not be send to that email id? In that way, the ownership could be verified. No, I personally didn't log in during the day I was jailed, I am not sure if my account was hacked though, if yes, all PM correspondence done by the character was not done by me. And like I said, since I didn't change the email id for the character and since I didn't get an email telling about such a change, I guess Lexa was directly the person who changed my email. So sending my password to my registered email id can prove my claim.

for Yukiter_Amano:
I didn't get you. Should I message Lexa about it, and provide him my email id? Lexa seems not to be able to receive message by characters at my level and below.

and check your email.
Lexa accepts messages from the 5 lvl
This is Lexa, right? https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=24
I cannot send him PMs
Can I ask someone else to send the message for me? Will that work?
for Naycien:
Write to Arctic
I had, that's the first thing I did, no reply yet. Guess he's not active, atleast not on this side.
I got this reply from Secretary today:

Hello.
In this post should be sent a new password.
*my correct email id that I had used for creating the character*

Anyone knows what it means? I checked my email inbox, including the spam folder, there are no emails relating to a password change. I have also tried the password recovery using the email id, it shows wrong email id.

If anything I think your character was supposed to be blocked. I think email and password were changed in case a solid argument was provided, but it's been so long.
for Naycien:
Helllo,
which e-mail address was when you registered, and remained
