Author[Update] Changes in the balance sheet
Unexplained natural phenomena that covered the field camp of the imperial scientific expedition were slow to disperse. However, they did not interfere with the conduct of magical research, and the Heroes had to fight in much more difficult conditions. Only a certain sense of anxiety did not leave the participants of the campaign. Meanwhile, some weather metamorphosis began to seep and on this side of the portal, not seriously disturbing many residents of the Empire. Hearts of superstitious and completely embraced a mysterious fear that did not cause a sense of panic, but gave rise to a persistent feeling, as if the world around is undergoing marvelous changes. As if the alignment of forces a second ago was different, and the ranks of the usual armies somehow look not so ...

Heroes, a series of mysterious changes associated with our intervention in the past, continues. The balance of combat forces underwent some changes, and the ranks of the armies of individual factions were replenished with new creatures in place of the old ones:

1) Shadow barbarian have been upgraded with improved creatures: Hyena Riders, Ogres Shamans, Cyclops Shamans, Cursed Behemoth;

2) The Dark Elves of the Tamers have changed summoned creatures of the Eye of Darkness and increased the number of Trolls summoned;

3) Artifacts from the store of the Staff of the eclipse and the Twilight Helmet are added a property that increases the owner's initiative. Artifacts Twilight Boots, Inscrutability Pendant, Twilight Armor increased owner's initiative bonus;

4) "Hellfire" skill now deals physical damage and has no damage limit;

5) Changed the ability "Carrier". Now the "Carriers" return to their original position after applying this skill;

6) Changed sets of armies of many factions. All heroes should visit the Recruitment tab, check for possible changes in the number of units and complete the army. Due to technical difficulties, all the saved sets of armies were dropped.

Especially shadow barb is great at disrupting down to 0 defense and now the riders got the dreaded infecting strike without the ini that make infected zombies useless. If the faction is balanced to be less meaty though then maybe it can work with shorter battles to boot.

I'm more concerned by tamer having a buffed shooter that inflicts debuff when they already have witches, the best dark caster.

split ogres in more stocks for drays will be good, but no more chastises.. but on the other hand, hyena rider seems pretty cool.
I'm concerned about the effect of tribal spirit of those new shadow barb units, as well as their spell levels (basic dispersion is completely different with expert dispersion).

This is BIG. That looks very cool.

Although I'm unhappy, lesser troops for Level 17 Tribal.

Ogres-shamans:
1 lvl. +5 attacks and + 5 hp
2 lvl. +1 speed and 2 minimum and maximum damage
3 of the lvl. +2 in and 5 protection

Cyclops-shamans:
1 lvl. 8 attacks and 8 defense,
2 lvl. 1 initiative and +12 hp
3 of the lvl. +4 minimum and maximum damage

Cursed Hippos:
1 lvl. +40 hp
2 lvl. Attack with fear and +8 minimal and maximum damage
3 of the lvl. +15 attack and 12 defense
for Fallen Atheros:
the new shadow bb become simply more aggressive than before, 6 speed behemoth and 5-6 speed 9 ini ogre are much faster but less hp than before, it is a good tide, although i'm quite worried about the balance. how can any faction(at lv17) beat a shadow bb with 40a 50d 4p6k with advanced defense and barrier and mass delay and disrupt?

This makes it even worse...

0.5 More Ini to Lord overall. So Casting is faster now.

a level 19 caster using shop art max have 12.6 initiative.

a funny thing is, in last mt lv 17 alt elf have a 50,93% winning rate, and get a little more troops now, while classic de with 36,67% winning rate get nothing.
p.s. tribal get nerfed for 58,82% winning rate and unholy for 62,34%.

No, Im serious, do it, Im not joking.
If you are Main Barb, you'd do well in playing Dark Barb, I see that Hyena gonna be Broken if your hero has 50 Def Stat, coz its gonna Resist long enough to lower everybody's Stats, IMO.
Its like Infected Zombie 2.0, only Unlimited Retal is missing to make Hyena "Broken"... XD
Dark Roc + Infecting Hyena = GG You'll have 10 Debuffs and 0 Stats

Maybe Im exaggerating... But we'll see.
We can all agree though that this is a Buff (Definitely not a Debuff, guys, lets be honest) for Dark Barbs.

Im wondering how the Scaling is for Meteor Rain of Dark Cyclops, probably not too "High", I suppose. Somewhat like LoreKeeper of Wizzies?

Also, nice upgrade to Evil Eyes of DE, I hope its not too "Broken".
If I was TDE, I'd only summon Evil Eyes now, advice for all who Main DE.

Still, I like that Admins make new stuff, this is gonna be interesting.

This for CL 17 MT as you say, UN gets "Strong" with Up Tier 7, but before that UN can be severely abused, IMO.

PS: Thing I actually like of new Units is that you changed their "Theme", they match more with a "Shaman Barb", if you get what I mean.
Like the Monsters now look like the hero, and are not "Warriors", but "Shamans/Warriors of the Dark Arts/Magicks".

I don't think the hyena is better than the boat tbh... mostly because it has lower speed..
