Admins planned 5th tier spells long ago, but later said they will almost certainly not implement them due to implementation and balancing complications or something. |
| The wizards don't stand much chance in high level, with mage guild level 5 they would equal the play and maybe even rule it, so instead they are keeping the casters down. |

Tbh I doubt it. The first time they talked about mg5 was in an interview around christmas 2012. Back then they planned to introduce the spells in 2013. After that they postponed the release again and again without really explaining why. I guess they no longer plan to introduce mg5. |
