Each particular quest scales with the number between the curly brackets.
For example, after defeating Army of barbarians {0}, you would encounter Army of barbarians {1} with increased difficulty. Then Army of barbarians {2} and so on. |

Suppose I complete Army of barbarians {0}, then next time I will encounter Army of barbarians {1}.
So if i fail to complete {1}, then will the difficulty remain at {1} or decrease to {0} |
