Im also just stating facts supported by numbers ;-).
We agree to disagree. Everyone is free to have an opinion. | the first thing thats unbalanced about this game is stats and how you can become a stat mo ster to swing games highly in your favor.
the second thing thats unbalanced is certain classes have better racial passives such as getting more units per faction level. knights have 2x total army hp as half the classes in the game post 17 and only get more with fsl 13+. elves only have crit on 1/7 possible units after t7 units and they get 4% more chance to crit per fsl. 12 crossbows 7 gaurdians 1 cleric per fsl is much better then that lol. and yes i play knight too. and when i do i absolutely stomp with it. Its almost not even funny tbh.
third is certain classes and talents are just tooo strong. mass darkness spells are busted and dds being able to delay everything on the field for -50% innitiative in 2 casts is too OP. 5x5 mass dark needs to be 3x3. This would make holy better as 4x4 would allow countering mass dark. As it is now mass holy is nowwhere even close to mass dark.
dof is another super OP talent. Duration is too long for how impactful it is, especially for fire dwarfs. would need .5 duration and 1 turn for fd.
4th is rng abilities like luck morale stun blind etc. Its really just glorified gambling at some point. i play full attacker elf and i either 1 shot someone if i hit luck or do nothing and die. coinflip between both outcomes.
and i wont even talk about dark demons but theres a reason they are the highest played pvp faction 19+.. or at least whenever i look at 22+ cg games 3/4 are playing dd and the 4th is mage de or something like that. |
