Gonna be vulnerable for a moment here. Recently saw a clip from one of arcs endings, and it made me tear up, just like the first time I saw that moment on my screen, such a powerful moment it was. This is hands down the best anime for me.
And though Hunter x Hunter could be slow in some moments, but the build-up is so worth it.
It's not a kids anime for sure, and everyone will be a better man or woman after watching it. |

| I think HxH is a really fun mix of adventure and deeper storytelling, so it pulls you in fast. But some parts, especially the Chimera ant arc, move REALLY slowly and the constant narration can get tiring. A few main character just disappear for big chunks of the story, which feels weird after you get attached to them. Still, it's one of the most unique animes I've seen |

Well, there is a very particular reason for it, sadly( But hopefully Togashi will be able to fully finish HxH as he pictures it (although there's already a last manga chapter, in case he won't be able to) |
