In my opinion, if 2 players team up in a battle because of the condition and circumtances in that battlefield, I still can understand that.
But, if they team up in every battle and planned from the start, I will against that. |

In the end it's like breaking battle descriptions. Not forbidden, but not exactly ethic. (and also easy to arrange) I mean, it's not like admins can forbid ppl to use ICQ or simular progs.
Fair? no. But life itself isn't fair... |

Well, I've just make a kind of team up in my last combat.
IBACb help me attack Kiskoko, although it seems that I can handle Kiskoko alone. (sorry, Kiskoko, I really feel that I can handle you alone in that battle)
After Kiskoko is defeated, what should I do? Attack IBACb who help me?
Finally I decide to attack Jabbar not IBACb.
It was not planned. During the battle, I didn't know who was the elf in the same battlefield with me and IBACb is not my friend. :) |
| It is the system problem, if any two players can not be in the same group fight for more than 4 times, then there will not be too much bias. |

There is a rule on such kind of tournament -
"During the tournament, any given four of participants can encounter only once."
I dont know why this rule is dont work. Or it prevent of the same 4 heroes only? not 2 or 3? |
i think it is to prevent a whole 4 same players, not meeting up once with the same will be quite hard i guess, esp at lvl 9.
anyway, i do not know who i am against at, unless i can deduct it from their specilized talens and recruiting system or so, but anyone who is a help to me to eradicate other players, will not be attacked to harsly by me. |

The whole idea of doing 4 FFA in a professional tournament is crap. It seeds enough ground for unfair competition, its to much random, and you have to pay with artifacts.
So dont complain versus player, who profit by teaming up - its natural - its human.
You want to change something? Make sure the next tournament is not a 4 FFA. Write to support stuff. |
Well ethic or not, teaming up like that is not against the rules so they are free to do it. Same way you are all free to focus all firepower on a knight with 16 attack 14 defense 2 spellpower and 1 knowledge in combat level 8 fights ( trust me you won't find many with these stats ^^ ). It is easy for those 2 guys to recognize each other and help each other, but it's also easy for everyone to recognize them and gang up on Msro when they realize it's him...
This fight format is not only about tactics, it's also about diplomacy. In a game with players 1,2,3,4 if you see players 1,2 team up on 3 and you are 4, what do you do? Your choice affects the outcome a lot. If 3,4 hit each other then of course 1,2 will get the top 2 spots. If 3 and 4 team up on 1 for example then 1,2 can as well both lose. And don't tell me two people that think like that cannot kill a knight that plays with 14 defense and no defensive talents...
Those 2 guys play by the rules, they are maybe abusing the rules in a way but noone prevents you from doing the same. If you want a real test of skill/power you have to wait for a normal duel-like tournament. This tournament is a test of diplomacy, sneaking and ability to betray your temporary allies on the correct moment. Maybe it's not what we want, but that's what we have for now. |
Phase[8] and herohero use this tactic too. 4 times alredy. But in last battle they cant win, thanks to GeoLoG.
