| I agree. I've been frozen out of the game 3 times today, costing me 4000 gold in tavern games which I would have won otherwise. All other websites are fine, it's a LWM problem. Once again I can't do anything except log in and enrol whenever I can get a connection. |

They have seen this topic. Just about every night there is a similar topic.
People need to start taking heed in these words: It is a HOSTING problem. That is not something they can control outside of finding a new host. Finding a reliable host is a difficult task. Give them time. |

i didn't mean to be annoyed with me but with your lag only - i know this (the lag) could be very annoying ;}
if i was an administrator and was trying to deal with this problem, the least thing i'd need would be someone to repeat in the forum 5 times the same thing - that she has a lag. instead, i would find much more useful different people from different locations to report weather they have a slow access to the server or not. when they have a slow access and in what time zone they are. of course it's much more easy to just stay, enjoy the game and don't provide any information about the server condition from my peer.
if you someday discover the power of the "traceroute" (tracert) command, this will be the day you will surely understand how much different routers/providers/proxies/internet highways/rings your connection to the game server goes through... and that if you have a fast access to your local sites in the other tabs, this doesn't mean exactly that your ISP is giving you a flawless connection. |
This is the old server, still the same problems an hour before 'midnight' to an hour after 'midnight'. This is the heavy internet traffic time for Malaysia (where the server is located), so I think it's safe to say that it isn't a problem from local ISPs. My understanding is that the server we're on is under a high workload at that time, and while steps were taken to reduce the throughput required for the game, it didn't seem to make much of a difference.
The only way to fix it would be to get another server, which I'm guessing won't happen soon due to cost. |

me too. Last night (14:00 server time) i wait for a while (read : AFK).
It never happens before. When it was loading textures, it stuck just like that. |
