but he got blocked for other violations, which im not sure why since i think that should be his main account, and most probably you wont get it back from him anymore

We lost TGI, not by our errors.

At my country cyber-criminal above 60 euros is like RL criminal (police, prosecutor etc). But Admins don't help victims. Look at E-bay rules they protect clients. And here .....silence. No answer/action from Admins, Secretary or someone.
Admins should think about customers. If players leave, Euro leave. (i.e. Uliss stoped dotate, and stoped play this game when he lost TGI). | We lost TGI, not by our errors.

Hope you're angry at yourself and not admins - cause you got what you paid for.
For 80 diamonds you can enter TG without invitation - and you did.
Losing your TGI to a cheater is not fault of administration, so why expect any compensation? If anything, you've beem warned that:

You are wrong, Shebali. Scratchy paid not only for entering TG, but to be able to keep his TGI after his 2nd level in TG. I suppose you omitted that when you thought of your answer.

In this case, the admins had their fault. Not because Scratchy rent his TGI, but because they blocked the player without giving him a chance to give back that TGI. They could warn at least (especially because that TGI was obtain due to a donation), or, better, to wait a little bit (especially because the player announced Scratchy he will give back that TGI). | You are wrong, Shebali. _Everyone_ who earned TGI has a right to keep it. This has nothing to do with how the TGI in question was acquired. I said exactly what I ment: For 80 diamonds you can enter TG without invitation. Nothing more, nothing less.
Nothing is risk free, and when you're renting valuable property to someone who's obviously a multicheater (just look at his transfer log!) you can expect the risk to be pretty high. I'd have understood Scratchy's anger if Etk started cheating _after_ he got TGI, but he's been doing it before that. | +49

Shebali, please, look at the contracts to "rent" TGI and after that say what you said. No offense, but it seems you never rent a TGI (neither did I, but I have an idea about how to enter TG even without donating).

Who is asking here directly the administrators? We are all here trying to debate whether or not is fair to donate and your investment to have no protection from the game creators. Some of us consider this lack of protection against scams as incorrect, while others like you consider it as a risk in the game. Personally, I consider that if the admins are insensitive to that risk, better go to a casino and spend my money there. I am not blaming anyone here, it's just a comparison between sites with different levels of risks. In my opinion, this site should be with low risk level, but it seems it is not due to its usage rules. And that makes me think twice before donating (actually, I wanted to do like Scratchy and donate those 80 euros, but having no protection for my investment, I decided not to). | #49:

how is renting a TGI from someone equals to earning one?

I've seen plenty of those. Wrote quite a few myself, too. What of them? My post still stands: if you earned a TGI you have the right to keep it. Just because you happened to recieve it after using diamonds to get into TG doesn't give you any privilages should you lose it.
I donated 80 euro to get into TG. I've been renting out my own TGI(s) ever since. Never lost one so far.

It is really hard to believe what I see here.
A player donated 160 euros. He get robbed by a cheater (renting is a natural part of this game). And he still isn't compensated?
How such thing is possible?
Such player is a GOD and administrators should make this game as comfortable as they can for such players.
They can completely ignore all other crap players like me (i.e. non supporting this game), but they should take a great care of such important players like Scratchy.
I really don't understand how such thing is possible.

the problem i got now is that i lost the tgi becouse the cheater was blocked from admin before the month ended,and he gets blocked becouse of using additional chars not of renting my tgi...it is complicated becouse i did not lost my tgi becouse i rented it to a cheater what was my fault.i lost it becouse admin blocked him..

3.17. say there is no guarantee for compensation in case of swindling by other players..it is more by swindling from admin in my point of view...i already start to talk to admin if there is any chance for me to get compensation..maybe it work maybe not..but i keep trying..i thought this forum could help but it seems this topic just warn other players not to get the same problem.
i also see a problem becouse there are many roules involved to that problem..maybe we have to much rules |
