In that battle you had mistresses and he Antos didnt have Royal griffins so that was a big advantage :) |

if the shrews in the corner killed the spwans then the misstress will survive but if you want a 90% chance that the misstress will survive just have tactics talent and put cave demons infront of them and that way meby 3 stack of shrews will kill the cave demons and if you were lucky the fourthstack of shrews can`treach the misstress ^^ |

| lol. Why didn't I think of that? I guess it must be because I haven't done any group battle for a long time. At high levels, with so many troops, group battles take way too much time. |

wrong as long as u hit escorted unit in melee u get retal from hero no matter who u wanted to hit :) |

imo, barb is better, demon is funkier :P
and i have to recommend demon :D
yes, it is hard to control 14 stacks, but it is interesting too. not to mention that every once in a while a demon starts running wild on the battlefield, taking more than 50% of his team's xp.. but, i can't say that barb isn't interesting. never tried playing barb on level higher than 4th
as for knight vs demon, DE vs demon issues.. well, it's hard in 1 vs 1. sometimes i have a feeling that, with average playing, anyone could defeat demon in a duel. but in GBs opponents can't concentrate on demon only, and that's when 14 stacks come useful for the whole team. actually, it's never 14 stacks out there |

1v1 is terrible for demon 10-11. With no shooter, they're really just ducking in the gallery. Once they get 50% more troops, and a nice shooter, they're one of the best duelers out there.
yes, sometimes if you have a good game as demon, you'll take home 10k exp with 11 AP, and your teamates get 4-6k each. But that's only when AGAIN your teamate has ranged advantage, and leaving cerberi alive to attack, just kills the other team. |
