yh i don't eat from 6:30 pm to 7:30 am every day D:

back when i had no job i sometimes didn't eat for days... but i didn't call it fasting, i called it lack of money.
it's strange how something changes in quality if you have no choice doing it... |

owh.... God telll us to do.. so w must do..
futhermore... Ramadan (the month for muslim fast) give us a space to our stomatch (that need to stores the food) and our mouth ( that need to cruch all the food into pieces) time to relax.... good for them thought ;D
and some expert say fasting can makesure our blood vessels not stuck out...
