4. Three judges from your clan, thier id?
For Steel Dragons they are:
Vonemar - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4366186
Zuzumiliano - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4423452
Tryckyster - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4514735 |
Regarding what Binghou mentioned earlier about a technical tournament clan:
I think it was Hatred who made a Tournament clan. Not sure if it was approved by Arctic or not. Check out his clan on:

I am pretty sure he was approved by Arctic. It's the 2nd tournament approved after the rule about tour if I remmembered right. (MasterTI holded the 1st one. :) |
How is each clan going with your opposite clan this week?
I meet a time issue with clan #137. Because of the time difference, we haven't set up a time yet. |

With this occasion I would like introduce Haran as the fourth referee (just in case no referee from the 3 from my clan is online). |

I agree with Modi,
Rivendale Clan (#186) is available for matches starting 1pm and 7pm servertime on a daily basis, Monday to Sunday... earlier at the weekend!
Rivendale players meet in our chatroom 1 hour before those times to see who wants to play so PM me and see what levels we have available that day
We have a large pool of level 11 players but will try to get any level you ask for, 3 v 3, and we prefer 11AP, no diamonds, no enchants as we want to save our arts for quests etc...
Give Silk a PM and see why Rivendale are the richest TAX FREE clan on HWM ;-) |
My proposal was to give a chance for every clan to face each other clan, but it doesn't work for us, since:
1. some clans have differnt combat lvl players, hard to set up matched games
2. some clans have different time schedule, hard to find a overlap time for group battle
As Visao, Modi and some other players suggested, why not give a more open system? We are here for fun, the system should be set to work for us. :-)
How about 2 clans can do as many battles as they can, and at any time. As far as it's fair battle, it's counted.
The score still 3 points for winner from 3v3, 2 points for winner from 2v2. But add other factors in the result reports:
total group battles have fighted
total group battles have won
the percentage of winning. |
Gratz to #153 which won the first stage of this tournament! :) |

Thank you from all of us at LOS. Shadow of Death was a very well organized opponent and the battles were very close. We had a good time and got to know SOD a little better this weekend. They came to the table prepared and gave us a tough time for sure! |
In my humble opinion setting an unlimited amount of battles with any clans is neither tournament nor something to track score.
This great event, that is unfortunately organized by players and not by administration is condemned to have some limitations.
However, I think the initial point of view on battles is more balanced and traceable.
If two clans manage to make only 2 out of 4 games like it happened to #365 vs #181 last week they only get points for the matches that were performed, in our case 3 pts each.
This should not be tracked as a draw but as 3 pts each.
That is, if 2 guilds have made all battles, even the losing side could have scored 5 pts and be ahead.
Since everyone plays with everyone, the guilds that can not / don't want to participate in many battles will eventually go to bottom of scoring. |
btw can someone enlighten what was the score in the preset matches etc.
The Shadow of Death vs LoS is said as 7-5 in other column (all games contacted)
-That should be 7 pts for SoD and 5 pts for LoS-
WGW vs Elite 3 - 3 (only 2 games played)
Any summary info? |
what kind of info would you like? i can give you a lot because i fought most of my clan fights (6/8) |

I agree with you here about clan vs clan match goals to be met as they are able until reaching their limit. We don't want two clans facing each other in continous battles and not fighting the other clans. However we shall proceed, LOS and SOD are finished for this round and will not face each other again until our tournament decides there will be eliminations or just declares a winner and ends it. We have all the other clans to face and will begin looking for other matches as will SOD. I do have suggestions, having faced our opponent for a complete round and I will post them below. |
CGSMCMLXXV can add or comment to this post as he was involved in setting up all his clan matches with us.
What we did is meet in the GB chat channel both Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 server time. We both mailed our clans and decided to pick our players from who showed up in the room. SOD was very agreeable and understanding as we were about making do with what we had available at the times we decided to meet. We both had players coming in and out of the room and we had a good mix going with many different clan members taking part and all sorts of different match sets. The goal is to get 3 vs 3 matches if able and not turn away players or have them wait and we did this a number of times. We set up two vs two to allow some players a chance to play who were waiting but unable to find the correct number of level players to match up for 3 vs 3s. In short, we worked well together for our clan members to have them all play. We decided to play until the first clan reached 12 points and we did this because we never knew who would be there and what sort of matches we could run. If you are not flexible, you will have a wasted weekend with very few or zero matches. Look at SOD with 25 members. They are small but they produced the players to have some matches and LOS, knowing they are small, worked with them to get it done and we all had a great time. The key is to provide entertainment for our clans and that means working together to get matches going, not arguing or being hard-headed and demanding. I enjoyed watching all the matches and it was a great time had by all. Clan leaders, work together for your players and be flexible as possible and you will make it happen. SOD is easy to work with and very willing to fight. Anyone wanting weekend matches with them will have no problem getting them. |
