Author | Assurance for tgi |
i have write this before, i don't want my tgi back. I just want to help the next ones, who will surely be in my situation. I don't want anything for me now, believe me :)
That wasn't my point, I'm just saying you're kind of biased on the topic.
My objective it's to create a sort of assurance for th people who have checked the player's condition, ok, but are in the same situation of a player that have not did the same. Without tgi.
If you want your money safe, sell the TGI, if that's not enough, feel free to take a risk and rent it out, but then accept that it was you who took that risk willing and that you are the only one responsible if things get messy. | It's one thing for the player to be unable to reach TG2 and thus can't return your TGI, but it's another thing if the players reaches TG2 and refuses to return your TGI.
I believe the admins should be responsible for the latter since that is a form of scamming/cheating. Now I know about Rule 3.17, but what do you do when you want to lease out an art to someone? You set the options to withdraw it. I think TGIs should have that same option. I know that the TGI is used when the renter starts TG, but if the withdraw option is used, then I don't see why doesn't the TGI from the renter's TG2 automatically gets returned to the leasor. | looks simple to me
if u rent it to people there will always be this problem
so sell it on market | Had this idea in mind for quite a long time, but there should be an automatic tgi insurance scheme programmed into the game:
The tgi owner and the player interested in loaning the tgi both fill in this particular tgi insurance/agreement form.
This form should have options that allow for trsnsfer of gold or items automatically to the tgi owner.
For instance, an option might state 2,000 gold per day, while an additional option could state 5 mercury per day
Of course, Empire (Insurance Agent) must profit for being an insurance agent. The owner must pay a commission based on the total earnings received, which can be deducted on a daily basis based on income/received.
This is just a skeletal structure of my idea. Problems not discussed deriving commission based the subjective prices of thief arts, elements (pay by elements), etc..
And what happens to the goal earned by Insurance Agent? Once the gold hits a certain amount, auto tournaments should trigger. This provides for an integrated approach that will benefit the game.
The following is OTT (pls do not discuss this statement), but many problems we face right now (e.g. economy, afkers, etc..) allow for creative problem solving which can be integrated in a manner for game sustainability. Its just a matter of programming. Writing everything I have in mind would take days, and the lack of attention in this server does not warrant my commitment to do so. | You have to risk and invest your properties to start a business and earn profit. So is it in real life. Some succeeds when some fails. Don't rent out your TGI to players with illegal transfers, unorganized profile and those who cant afford good arts or dont play with their brain. | Insurance idea is one of the solutions to this problem, but it is a complex solution.
Renting TGI as any other item would completely solve this problem and it is very easy to program. | First of all you can't involve Empire in thieves business. It will be like country helping to recruit thieves. Thieves guild is something like a illegal organization, so Empire can't help.
If the solution is to make TGI as any other item, so you can recall it, that means that you must change the name. Name couldn't be invitation anymore. It could be called Thieves' Guild Approval. As long as you have Approval from the Thieves' Guild, you can be thief. (it does sound a little bit strange that you have to have approval so you can steal. But mafia have monopoly over ambush business. If you don't play by their rules they brake your legs o__O) | DrMr is right, it should be a thing like this. But something must be done, that's sure |
