| btw, on .ru server prises were paid after 10 days after the 4th blindfold tournament(like our 2nd: 6 players, independent units) ended. so we'll get gold ~20-21 of december ;) | | I think they will give prize on christmas day. As a christmas day gift:) | | Talking about prizes, I would prefer Dwarves War rather than them :) | | Hmm the Knights look like very strong .. also Barbs and Wizards ... :) | Wizards were highly advantaged if they were not touched at the very beginning of the match. Knights could be a problem if they were leave alone in a corner. Necromancers were also good, but only played with defensive setting (poisoners were only annoying, thay couldn't win this tourney). Barbarian were good, but only a good player could win with them.
The entire tournament was... casual. If you were leave alone in an angle, you probably win. If not, you were 2nd, or worst. Dark Elf, Elf and Demon were usually the first to die, due to their low defense. If two players or more decided to attack you together (and you didn't have someone helpful near you), well, you were just dead. The winners used also a sort of psichological way of playing, pushing someone to do the right thing for them.
