Do i need to make an image, not really. The image is what others have control, i have no intention to live the way what others think of me especially in a game.
That's all | You opened this 3d to defend your position, that most of the other players found - and still find - undefendable, unethical, and that has spoilt the fun of one of the rare events we had on this server (so far, I hope).
You have an image, you don't need to get one, and now it is a bad one. And it is getting worse at any additional post you do.
Nobody forces you to live (or play) different from what you choose - but this comes with consequences. It seems to me you are aware of this, and you don't care much about it. That is all good and right ... just don't pretend to have played correctly according to what the Empire asked.
Well, anyway, have fun - this is the real scope of the game! | I realize that at top levels you are so few that it is impossible to be "invisible" ... but what about lev 9, or 10, or 11? I heard the same associations happened there, and if you wanted to, you could avoid that ...
Did anyway teamed up against at all in the tourney based on caln membership? do not think so, assumptions I suppose... as mentioned earlier players who did not score as much as others would always complain, that's the way it is.
(*)cheating is not infringing a rule in this case but take advantage from a rule loophole or a programming issue - just to be clear

I think people criticize some of your clan members method not based on there on success (mine success was not based on it, because I was lvl 8)but because they fundamentally disagree with you, and because you ruined a rare individual event for some who have waited long for it | It was a nice tourny even if I did not have time to do the 20 battles :)
About the rest, I completely agree with post#25. Gamers fight on the battlefield, complainers/whingers fight on forum. And I'm absolutely not surprised, it is the same in every webgame. | It could be a nice tourney, if there were not an opption to check "who's your blindfold opponent" and stage a bit.
On the other hand, free for all type means, that there is a chanche to be attacked by more, but if 3 players hit 1 its a bit much....
Bad that wishes for winning the tourney(price) were stronger than for having fun.
If all 6 members in a battle are 'individual minded' battle can be much more funny, since in that chase the rule 'all attack the currently strongest' will operate, also i help him to survive a bit since if he/she is finished his/her opponent moves on me next... and so on.
Furthermore 20 battles (each of 2 hours on average) are simply too much, 10 were be enough.
I did not have time to do the 20 battles too :) | For everyone that made a post here i checked their combat log to see if they had been a victim of our so called "staged" battle.
ever hear of solidarity? even if it's for selfish reasons ("next time it could be me"), people unite in protests when their colleagues are suffering injustice.
i've seen 40 years old guys teaming up against possibly kids that don't use forum. it's ugly to watch it. do i need to be gang-banged by 5 rats in order to have a permission to post here?

Regarding higher levels. First of all decision to quit clan was rediculed for no apparent reason and called by some players as "cheating", thge story is there were up to 20 attempts to get a battle without success at all, people should be thankfful as those actions lead to decision of elimination of restrictions there. Right after that some players were disappointed as some battles were insane with backstabing and attacking the weakest enemy to get a better place, surely when you fight and someone simply sitting there making sure not getting a fair enemy as opponent and getting 1st, which alienated some players as "it's was not quite fair that way".
On the other hand there were a lot of scum going on as frustration grew, others found excuses not to take part in tourney being overwhelmed by that and still complaining how it could be "a more fair one" hypothetically once again.
Even myself got a nice 2nd (or 3d?) place after all by being able to finish it on time with mediocre points.
Presumably DA tried hard to beat the best scoring players first from other clans, as they got the scoring tables and got the general picture of scoring at any stage, and it worked quite well there.Polish elite were not as concentrated on beating specific playersm, but did well too.
The irony is that the most players did not manage to finish it on time.

actual reason why admins changed the rule that was there in order for this teaming not to happen (2 man rule), is because some people were whining that they can't fight at all.
and if you feel insulted, there's gotta be a good reason ^^ | were whining that they can't fight at all.
Actually you are wrong in this point I believe. There was no whining as you call it. There were just some players temporary leaving military clans to be able to fight. Actually leaving EW only as far as I know, because no other clan was big enough to be affected by this "rule"(big I mean high level players number). I dont remember anyone from EW whining at forum. As far as I have observed most objections come from people who didnt participate in the tournament too much. | _force_ you did’t respond to all my points, but ok here we go again.
If the people who had a ruined aren’t allowed to complain (to few points according to you)
And other people can’t complain on we disagree on your method (not being a victim of people attempt to win at all cost)
Who is left, nice way to argue, other people than the people that agree with you can’t speak. But again is seems you want to take the easy way out.

both happened. the leaving and the whining. but, i stand corrected, i think it's the leaving that made the admins change the rule. anyway they didn't change it because they wanted players to team up based on clan membership.

it's amazing observation! but, does it matter? those people have every right to be heard. it makes no difference whatsoever.
as far as i have observed, most people that defend teaming up as legal and fair are from a certain clan. so what? :) |

This is the most important sentence. It shouldnt be used against particular person/group.
So using it in your profile like you do, "shame on you rats" is not offensive, because only the ones who know it involves them are insulted. But I would restrain from calling people names frequently at forum. Also different mods have different opinions about this, but most of the times it is pretty obvious when the post sole purpose is to insult someone.
I dont defend teaming up. I think it is wrong as well as the whole blindfold idea on higher levels and everyone for oneself concept in general.
