I agree with this.
But, is it every 10 heroes turns, or creatures turns? |

| #21 and 24: it is 10 turns of a creature with ini 10, and no waiting or bursting for more action. so it is 10 hero turns without waiting if there are no thief bonuses, arts (like sorcerer sandals), or talents (like sorcery). |
There is a little pause telling you when the +1 speed happens.
