hi guys, if you don't want to be ambushed by him, here are a couple of solutions that i would like to share:
1. always travel with <40% troop ready, that means <40% when you reach your destination. calculation based on 100%/15minutes.
2. look at his position. if he is in GC, that means traveling YL<->EB would be fairly safe. but beware, if you see him offline that doesn't mean he is not around. he will use multi to aim you. |
@181 I agree it's kinda sad that one stops playing coz another player is taking advantage of knowing the system better than others. But till now no one really comes out with a great solution to prevent this other than monitoring the stalker or lots of planning (e.g. like the suggestion about moving with no troops or when health is not full).
There has been some suggestions on plugging the "hole" by not showing the destination only until you reach your location. But seems like admin ain't gonna do anything about it. |
I am sure admin won't do anything because it was right, a part of the game as i said.

well it says in his info that he's vietnamese. and we all know that asians are robots - they never mess up and can make right calculations in seconds...

At the expense of other player's enjoyment? Sometimes I feel that because we are not affected (coz of level difference), we say what he does is great or commendable.
So now all level 13s who want to avoid him needs to make a detour (that's provided you can, since he can see where you are going) or go die in a hunt so that he can move around....great game! |

yes, it's about somebody setting ambushes to trap players in order to fight them
this player deliberately hunts other players on a case-by-case basis, as facilitated by the design of the game

Honestly ... I would love to have such a thief at my level ... He would trap me couple of times per day ... with just enough arts to be sure he will win, but not enough to simply wipe me out ... so GREAT!!! I will anyway travel with no arts, and will get some XP and fsp (since he will loose about 60% of his troops) ... I will loose then, what? 300 golds? so what? I would love to have 0.3-0.4 fsp per 300 golds.
Maybe other players don't like this ... but I would ... |

| i can understand it's annoying, certainly i'd start to hate him if he kept ambushing me with 1 enchanted art more than me, but don't you wanna rise to it? so you fear he's stalking you - stick him on your friends list. before you travel, check his location, if it is anything other than yellow lake you should have no trouble going around it... on travelling out from YL he cannot know where you will go nor alter his location in time to catch you.. |
