ok, i have a riddle:
There is a man who lives on the 10th story of a 10 story building. Every morning he takes the elevator down to the 1st floor and goes to work. When he comes back from work, he'll take the elevator back to his room on the 10th floor, BUT only if it's raining or if someone else is in the elevator. If no one else is in the elevator and it's not raining, he takes the elevator to the 5th floor and takes the stair to his room on the 10th floor. Why?
