I don't like the new LG rules either, but would you rather have this server stay as it is? Sure, it has a very dedicated player-base and new players who join us occasionally stick around for the long run. But simply put, the server was dead just a few days ago. How many months has it been since the admins 'promised' to answer the townhall meeting? Arctic has brought new life into the server. I for one am glad that something is going to happen. Admins have already made up their mind about what updates to give us. If it includes changes in LG multipliers then nothing we do will change their minds.
So, I'll just say this. Buck up. Be glad we're getting something. Almost nobody is looking forward to it, but let's just enjoy some of the better things we're going to get too :)

I also play on .ru so I know first had how difficult it is collect even a little amount of gold (after the LG changes)
And I'd rather not see that update here, but I'm sure it's also not the only update we'll be getting ;)
If I was a new layer and reading through the forums now, the only thing I'd see is "Oh noes...not teh new updates. Our income is going to be halved nows!!"

in fact, even it is slightly late for me to post here, i still have to say:
yes, it is good news that Arctic is back.
yes, it might be a good sign on the update as well.
BUT, try to not having mega / huge / giant/ wonderful / (insert any possible words here) wishes on the update.
i m not try to break the morale; but the bigger wish you are looking, you might just get hit harder if those updates werent what you expected.
so, just keep your attitude as usual would be good: a good update will always welcomed; whether it is minor or major. |
