You basically threw away your rogues in the beginning. For the first turn, just wait for fairies, sprites and unis to come forward, and then go to attack. Also, you should position your minos and liz on the right side so that they can reach the rangers faster. Use your hero with rogues to kill one stack of 2 druids, and then block rangers with your rogues. When the rangers are not blocked, make sure you stay out of range of their shot.
This combat is difficult in min ap, but I think it is possible with some luck. Also, why on earth are you taking basic sorcery, if you can only cast 2 spells, which are not even powerful?
