| The problem could be fixed by the game setting limits (high & low) on items sold in the Market. For instance: if an item is posted at too high or too low a price, then the game would not allow the item to be put up for sale. This is common procedure in some other games. |

I agree. I think its mainly the sellers fault. No idea why the buyer is punished for seeing an opportunity and capitalizing on it. What if the seller was quitting the game and really wanted to give away a TGI very cheap? Would the admins/queen step in then also? I think its very unfortunate for the buyer, extremely demoralizing and wont be a surprise if he quits the game now!! |

I though it is Empire market and She even count fees for trading there.
How it happend that Empire let somoeone buy such a cheap TGI on her market?
Empier's officer, who took provision, should be punished. He knew about illegal transaction :P |
buyer must know the rules before he buy something,because he is not the first one who did the mistake.according to seller's post he tried ask buyer to give it back, but buyer already used it.
my opinion,"Empire must give a new TGI to the sellers, and rest buyer TGI guild to default(of course return his money which e spent for TGI)"

| It is possible that it was a financial almost criminal deal, so that the character sold TGI for a cup of tea. It is seen from the transfer log that character was fined several times for financial assist. She could have been even blocked for such severe viiolation of rules! |

oh right, that was the old one. 3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month. It is ok with new rules also anyway=) |
