fuker Excuse me!
:! |
There is one funny thing here. The creator of this thread has been talking about the game rules in almost all of his posts. But if anyone cares to see his profile, it is listed with some names of the people who prevented him of getting an equal share of xp in hunts (as written by him). If I'm not forgetting anything here, I have never seen a rule saying two hunters must share equal xp in a help hunt.
I'm not posting here to malign anyone. I just want to say that if you blatantly support a principle, you must support it in its ENTIRETY. And I think if you want your hunt partner to share equal exp with you then you must ask it on moral grounds only; rather on legal grounds.
Now coming to min ap combat - I myself has a multi with which I create min ap combats only. And what I want to say further is precisely said by dear Dizbee in POST 9 already.
Thanks! |

You are comparing apples with pears. Those players were rude, and teamwork and charity are very different things to minimum AP.

A good sports person competes to the best of their ability, and expects the same from their competition.
That would be true for a competition, and it is true for tournaments here (which are LWM versions of competitions). However, the rest of LWM is more like a friendly game. If you had a group of skilled and unskilled football/soccer players, would you put all the skilled players on the same team? |

Not at all. But I would hope my team and the opposition would do the best with whatever hand they were dealt.

Mate like you see apple to be rude to you, there are others who see pears to be rude to them. :) Besides, you can't rationalize one thing on legal grounds, while another on charity. It not good to attribute something to a word like charity, while another on legality as you seem fit.
Thanks! |
Would the next section of the morality debate be how unfair it is that level 5 group combat players don't let level 9 players join? And how even if they forgot to put a level restriction, level 9 players get reduced xp and fsp.
I'm outraged that a full art level 9 player can't join a level 5 group battle and receive tons of exp and fsp! |
Guys he is a troll..
He has no consensual PvP battles SINCE LAST year and aparently, NO idea why people are creating min ap battles with rules. He is just whining for the sake of whining.
Like any citizen of lords, you expressed your opinion, we courteously listened and gave you our feedback. Now let this troll threat die! [Player banned by moderator Jedi-Knight until 2011-08-22 09:59:27 // Persistent name-calling/multiple relapse] |

I wish I could say I follow what you are saying but I don't.

Thanks for the mock outrage and exaggeration. Of course there is nothing fair about a Level 9 toon fighting a level 5 toon. Apples with pears again! But in an optional combat, guess what; you can do that. But good luck in getting more than 1XP.

if you want to do full AP group battles, do CG battles, simple as that
Complaining about other people that rather fight in min AP instead of full AP is just ridicilous
so i have to agree with Gyver here

I'm guessing since you have that banner beside your name, you'll respect your MC rules?
Angels & Demons Military Clan – The Nine Commandments
7. You shall respect your enemies in battles, but you are required to kick their pretty little butts... with a warm and friendly smile.
Respect your enemies in battle: if your enemy has kindly posted that he will fight only with a leather armors and wooden sticks, isn't it rude to come charging at him with your steel armors? Just saying~ |
Guys & gals,
It's all right to state your personal opinion, but kindly refrain from provocative comments and name-calling.
One of the definition of a troll is posting provocative and inflammatory comments. Calling someone names and making provocative comments IS inflammatory and makes you no better than the person you are calling a troll.
I believe everything that needs to be said has already been posted. Anything else will most probably be a variation of what's been said or worse - provocative and inflammatory. |
