The best for lvl 5 is basic fortune. |
batle against a lvl. 5 knight, I lost this one, and would like to know how to improve the battle. it was a 6 ap for me, against 9 for him, fsp 1 for me, fsp 3 for him.

try select basic fortune next time. a luck could change the battle tide.
his griff kill your hob with just one hit.
hero should aim on weaker stat such as 1 swordmen so that your orc can get bloodlust which increase it damage. |

Split 2 full stacks orcs, do 1 shot on archers to anule volley, this can kill your walls...
Split 2 - 3 1 orc stack to farm bloodlust. And to make walls and take retail.
save 1 faster unit to take retail, like wolfs.
When grif come close shot em, or after you be sure have nulifiqued the volley, start targeting the griffs... Keep making wall.. shot on grifs take swords ret and kill they, or kill griffs stack if they are really weak...
But play atention, only attack swords when you can't avoid him anymore... Rember he will take at least 3 turns to reach you... Use this as your advantage...
If swrods and grifs come together, keep 1 unit to stand on wall for orcs, keep shoting grifs, and all melees on swords when you take retail. GG have fun. |
im lv.6 now, ive splitted like this:
3 gobs, 19 wolves, 25 orcs, 10 ogres.
3 goblins to 3 splits for retal
3 orcs/22 orcs to farm retal
10 ogres to smack everythin.
also, is hobs actually better for PvP?
i don't need any hunttips, since most are weak stacks.

They are really good till you reach black wolfs.
Better than common wolfs.
But take the follow note, if you gonna get hobs, take offensive + fury as talent, without it they aren't anything... but with it they are monsters! |

but should i get hobs????? if i do, i may not have enough for raiders.
in further on, i won't use offensive+fury as my must-do talents cuz ill do
lv.7 advanced leadership, get bravery medal for morlae 4
lv.8 offensive-weighty weaps and thrusting might for 300% hero damage,
lv.9 advanced leardership+innate swiftness for wolf raiders
lv.10 advanced offense-fury-cold blade-tactics and so on. |

compare both creature, raider are better than hobs.further more, they have triple strike which make them deadly to all enemies.
still, in survival tournaments, hobs are better than wolf.
you only get raider at lvl 8 or lvl7 if you choose to buy with diamond so it is still a long way for you since you are only lvl 6.

right now u have 15kgold and resources which if you slell will make 20k gold
for hobs u end up spending 25kgold including cheap resources which is not easy to get.
but when you reach lvl8 you will have lvl7and8 prize of around 30000 gold after selling all resources you get.
+the enrolling so it makes around 45-50k gold which is more than enough for rocs and you will need approx.15 more for wolves which you will earn by enrolling in a month.
At an average if you play 10hours a week u become lvl8-9 in 1-2 months |
The price for black wolfs it's like 40 - 65k don't (at8) remember exactly(at8) but you can search it on A&D or a lordswm.org if youre curious
