Author | what about estates? |
Does the ranking of estates work the same way on the ru. server?
Cheapest estate on top
-> if same price (always 100 in our server) -> most stars on top
--> if price and stars the same -> lowest estate ID on top |
I think they should change this to reflect the activity of the player.
Every week LG enrols and combats plus market activity ( and other factors: smithing, enchanting etc) could be compiled together to determine the level of activity of that player.
The most active estate owner based on this data (and on stars for estate) would go to the top for that week. |
Or just a random selection of the top if they have equal stars
Could also remove the 100 limit, so people could underbid each other even further |
lol if you remove the 100 limit, you might get 3 or 4 guests a day, but they will also pay half.
Couple months ago i suggested on russian forum that on each map refresh estates with same price and same amount of stars would be different in order.
But the idea got nowhere. All of them replied, what do you care, you dont even have an estate lol.
best solution (in my opinion) is to build full estate except guest lounges and reception ^^ |
I still feel activity should be rewarded.
There are a number of high level estate owners who are basically inactive. |
I still feel activity should be rewarded.
Activity is already awarded (LG)
lol if you remove the 100 limit, you might get 3 or 4 guests a day, but they will also pay half.
Free marked works that way. I see no problem with that. |
For 26;
Yes the LG exists.
But why should non-active players be rewarded with prime real estate if they no longer play the game?
Activity is based on more than just the LG too.. |
I think this update 100% recover after an win, is very good, can improve the number of players, the waiting isn't cool, i know it will broke some part of estates economy, but it isn't a thing to make economy at the start... It's more like a bank or something just to say "i have one"
Almost like UCI... |
Almost like UCI...
gives 1 primary parameter too, more important than the picture for some ;) |
Estate price will fall on market... |

still nt worth its price
it wud be good if Estate price falls in market... |
Now how much a basic Estate? |
https://www.lordswm.com/auction_lot_protocol.php?id=50032618
sold yesterday
all upgrades together did cost 405k
so 1660000 - 405000 = 1 255 000 for an empty estate in misty coast. |
Unbelievable, RADO sold it :) Too much for Misty Coast |
too much before this updete too, but now its unbelievable.. |
That estate has lowest ID in MC so it has some extra value. Still price was very high as just to get the inventory space and some little return on renting. |
I never could figure out what is so great about spending millions on an Estate which only gives you room to store a few more unneeded Artifacts. The rent you collect from other players will never even come close to making up for the ridiculous price paid for owning an Estate.
Being a status symbol seems to be the only advantage of owning an Estate, but then other players can see just how desperate for self-importance you were to spend millions on something that doesn't even remotely begin to repay its cost. |
Estate which only gives you room to store a few more unneeded Artifacts.
The value of art storage various from person to person, but for me this is entirely worth it.
But then again I have not used millions...
Estates are expensive but people overestimate how much they have cost |
For some one like me, 85 invetory space for hold space worth 1 atleast 2.5 million... (And you can get it more cheaper...) |
Some people didn't read this topic and set incredible high prise to sell Estate on market..... |
