raise dead is not much good for live factions, unless some situations, i rarely used it. Phantom is good for ST after lvl10.

Map War: What is best Elf troop and talent setup for CL14?

So far i am using +1 speed and +2 Luck from talent, and full efk,uni and dragons along with 8 trees,47 gbm and 7 ancho. it will be nice for me :P

But i want to know if any other build is better than this :)

I don't know much about elves but perhaps tactics would help, with the 7 speed and tactics EFK could go straight to the other side of the battlefield?

in other words, some other fast units like royal griffins, archangel, invoker will have chance to attack your efk before your efk did :)

But royal griffins have same init so could go either way (but by rushing to EFK they put themselves in range of the elves shooters) and the other two have 4 less init though?

that is not good idea for elf, not even put them into front line is not good,vs might DE, barb and dwarf etc.
i usually take +1 speed not only for efk but for uni and tree, coz efk usually won't survive much, and efk almost waited there first turn unless opposite side have a big stack of bow:P
+1 speed(which come with adv leadership) is very good for efk second and third turn and more if he alive,same like uni and tree.
But only i miss is offense talent or +1 luck or triggering bones :P

it happen only in auto play if efk is not blocked :) i like to wait in back row let them come close and kill all, only problem is if enemy elf sharpshooter like him :(

Before we have a standard setup, but after classes released it may depends on situations.

knight: Guards usually (but some like bow since warden arrival)
Necro : skel bow usually (but if you know you are facing unholy put some high tire )
Wiz : Garg :)
Barb : chief at your lvl :)
DE : Shrews :) or mino(if against mage DE)
Demons: dogs or that jumpers(if vs DD)
Dwarf : FU
Tribal: invders

Vitality+ basic Luck is the one which using all talent point. it is one of the best also.
But for HG based of creature you can choose different talent, for slow hunting use max sprites and battle fury. hunting shooters use Avoidance+ luck etc
can any1 tell me how to defeat a lvl.6 necromancer ? im elf wid 15 talent points and sprites,FK's,druids,elven
i think max sprites and bows with leadership and luck are very good against necro
level 6 cant take leadership and luck... but since you have 15 talents take 2 lucks...

your fsp lvl is 3 which less you need 4,also min ap match elf is weak.
point. also your strategy was wrong. Example: you sprites are in sklbow range, which is very bad.
Next time split druid and light single ghost stack all, so that he can't rise all at ones, and keep sprites out of range(6 tile ) till he can hit skelbow directly. always shoot sklbow first with bow, second time hit vamp or ghost.

most important is ware arts which give initiative. and count hit miss rate of big ghost stack, like two continuous miss means, next attack is 100% hit, so try hit with best stack, also two continuous hit means next is a miss use small stack or hero that.
