Well I wont switch factions because im not a fan of rebuilding castles , and I want to learn demons.
And for the level 9 thing for Magic CL9 , im building might so that doesnt matter.
Hunting ONLY will take too long...
Ill keep playing PvP , just not 1 on 1s , or ill be outmatched , so Ill keeping doing group battles...

Not really. They are slightly off and some factions may do better against other at a particular level but they are not "so unbalanced". :)

Strange but I never heard of a demon without magic in any stories or folk tales. :P
Demons without magic are barbarians not Demons. The whole faction is based on trickery and deceit, how can you be wicked without magic? When demons at higher levels are losing, they cast blindness on their enemies. When smaller demons fight others, they confuse and weaken their enemies. Delaying their enemies has been the favorite move of Demons. That is what I heard of =)
Demons with magic is very strategically diverse faction but without it is just a weak barbarian. :P |
You can always ask me if you want advice on pvp with demons :)
I played only after lv10 though.
Wolfhounds are useless.
Never used them.
Blazing hounds will suck too
But Cerberi :')

All the respectful players of this game have told you how to make your faction strong , how to play with your faction , what do to till combat level 6 , In the last 2 pages. :)

This game is more like a rock-scissor-paper kind of relationship. Such as demon can easily beat tribal (i'm talking in lv10 sense) but against fast paced faction like charmer elf, most probably they would lose or at best win by 1 move.
Even if hunts are boring, they are still one of the most important mechanism of LWM.
MarineBiologist is right, it's still best to build a Magic Guild in demon as they are more suited towards a hybrid and not purely might nor purely chaos. You call demon slow now (which is true) but wait till mid CL and dark spells such as delay will get your troops 2x or 3x faster than your opponents..

Well it was for 2 reasons, firstly because sometimes it could be time consuming and I also don't mind losing in TG. Second would be TG could be rather difficult and I guess for him to meet a player and not AI is pretty much a bonus for him, might as well just give him that bonus 100%. |
