although you see it as an disadvantage that you have lvl 4 in steppe barbarian now you have the benefit of gaining this skill for a relatively small amount of gold, as you didn't had to pay much to build the castle due to your low level.
On high level one wants to have a decent faction resist against all factions beside beeing good in ones main faction. But on high levels you have to build much more building so gaining these resists is very costly.
In general the fsp rule will just have the effect that in the long run a player can't have more than 1.6 times the fsp then the avarage player of his level.
If you have more than that you will continuesly decrease due to more experience gained but once you reach the 1.6 border this will stop. Same goes ofc from the other end players with very poor fsp, less than 0,625 times the avarage will increase until they reach that treshhold.
Having this much more or less fsp than the avarage player is still very decisive.
Though I admitt that you char would probably be stronger if all the fsp would have been concentrated on one faction (at least at your low level). |

What would be the min price of TGI after the merge?
I think it is 750k here and i don't know about .ru cost. |

The current price is about 500k, but there is no reason the prices will grow. More people will buy, true. But more people will sell too. I think there are 100+ TGIs on the market right now. If anyone increases his price, no one will buy. People will buy other peoples'. eg. GH Sword that is now available for 1.5k, used to be of about 4k gold about 1.5 years ago. |

There is no anticipated price regulation on the TGI market (in terms of minimal price). Market price defines what is legal. The lowest you can go is ~70% of the current market price, if you don't want to risk anything. |
