Good luck from Greece guys.
I have heard .ru radio from time to time, just to listen to what the russians like to listen and overall in quality of sound it was really nice. I dont know their bitrates but they are sufficient i must say. Adding to that, i dont have the fastest net speed possible.
My suggestions:
a) Interviews will be nice indeed. Samples of interviews for ideas (set questions and stuff) can be found at hwmdaily.ru too i guess.
b) Keep record of all those interviews and shows at links in the radio webpage for future re-hearing (like youtube) if possible, so that if someone misses the live broadcasting, he can hear it again sometime
c) Being a worldwide community it would be nice if, apart from the fixed genres (techno, r&b, rock, metal etc), we can hear 1 hour/week for example at a specific show, popular songs from our countries as well, e.g. India, Greece, Sweden etc.
I still remember my amusement when i discovered the russian hwm radio and their "strange" for me songs. It was a change of pace for me and i liked them much. |

And with me here, you'd also get daily dose of Alt Rock, Metal and Indie rock (though not much airtime for these as lesser people seem to like it). |

That's something we hadn't thought of! Indeed a nice idea :p

We plan on that. Some regional shows, with kpop, indian, greek, etc :p |

It takes some time to load. We are working on it. IF the progress line has started to fill up and still sound is not coming, please report again.
