Tribal is not meant for hunts or TG. Use Elf for that.
Tribal is much better at Survilurgs, 3v3 Battles, PvP (AI).

If you've switched to Tribal it is not compulsory that you do everything as a Tribal. I personally am a Tribal + Elf, I actively switch between both.
