"This change is no change. It's all about monetary fluidity."
Exactly that.

CPB didn't change.Yesterday you needed 150k for a full AP set and they returned you the 100k upon discarding it. Today you give 50k for a full AP set and you get zero money upon discarding it.

The only minor changes are 5% increase on hunts money and lower cost for magic arts.

Money fluidity means that:
a) Admins are giving back money to the players due to many past events/wars/tourneys
b) Admins are giving back money due to many upcoming events/wars/tourneys
c) Admins simplified the calculations needed from the servers so as to free up space and computing power? (insert more pc knowledge that i currently lack)

All in all, keep on spending folks :P
Now when I go onto the the market or to facility, checking cost per battle of shop arts is much easier. I just divide the price by amount of battles.

IMO this game is quite complicated for a newbie and admins are trying to simplify it if possible. After all it success greatly depends on continuous inflow of new players.
use www.witchammer.ru for that Elrod :)
^How will a newbie know abt it ? Plus its in russian, not really helpful for a newbie who has joined bcoz this game is in english.

I agree with Elrond that... this game is quite complicated for a newbie and admins are trying to simplify it if possible.
yes, for the old veteran players the change does not matter much (a tiny bit more hunt gold and slightly lower repair cost is nice, but wont have a huge impact), but it makes the game for new players indeed a bit easier to understand.
