Quick question : is the %recruit count rounded up or down ?
12 units, +8% recruit count = 12,96 => 12 or 13 on the battlefield ?
This becomes quite crucial when each unit costs 300 CoT :o)

I have taken 22 pristine unis and 35% on recruit count
and i get 30 unis in my battle :) |
for Hitman -47: aww man ..finished my quota today :( well gotta fight them tmrw..
What I don't understand is why did they introduce them so late :(
