whats hall of unity?
If you've recruit alot of different armies from different faction and want to avoid negative morale, then purchase the hall of unity. In PoT its more or less mandatory. |

The workaholic penalty can be removed by winning a combat (it doesnt depend on which combat it can be PvP or PvE) |
