Tried 12th level
won 12th level
38/40 win ratio |
Tried 18the level, won 1 of 3 on that. Win ratio is about 27/40, going for maximum difficulty each time and lowering each time I failed the most difficult one!
Main things with this is event is the luck factor, it makes a massive impact on any enemy army which unit in that army is the hero. Some slow, low tier unit should be a win on higher difficulties. But problem is when a top tier unit is the hero or upgraded one... |

wave 12:
527 cerberi evenly divided in two stacks
161 nightmares
288 spawns
53 mistresses
17 cave demons
level 12 cave demon monster
the nightmare, 2 packs of cerberi is 3th, 4th and 5th moveblock from start, all are in reach.
Needless to say, before even the lvl 12 monster could come close the fight was over. The admins seem to have no sense of reality. |
I have no idea whether admin is messing with me but nearly EVERY single monster i have face have unlimited retal, seriously do u expect me to use 20 sucubbi to kill ursary and crusaders whom have literally 1 hit ko moves even with curse, weakness and confusion..
Not to mention i've faced 3 tactic DE with 200+ shrew and shrew monster in 5 event battles.
Have been stuck at lv15 for like god knows how many losses..
Personally all event are enjoyable for me but this the most retarded one ever. |

I think it depends much on your faction. Although most of the bosses have large shield ability, strong shooters are very important. As a demon you don't have strong shooters (apart from the ballista), therefore it's more difficult for you. |

Mine too and mine also have no retaliation or double strike. But it doesn't affect me much as my shooters are also really powerful, I mean they deal 938 damage to such a guardians monster when luck befalls them:) |

| I dont know why but I am losing every battle in which necro is a leader. Few fights back I just could not kill 153 apparitions. They were more lucky than my troops, with elven bowmen's every lucky shot was a miss. Can anyone suggest me any tactics.? |

I dunno if this will help you much.
but keep a note on every shot that misses and every shot that hits on ghosts (and brothers :p)
if there's two miss
next shot is bound to hit.
and if there's two hit
next shot guarantee to miss.
so if by chance you got even a single miss from any unit.
then don't waste another chance on hitting it with your lord but make your lord wait and hit with your elven
reason being
elven shoots twice
so one shot is bound to hit.
also if you already hit it once or twice from any unit
then make your elven wait
hit the ghosts with any other unit or lord to miss them
and then kill them with elevn |

My battles are ALWAYS decided by whether enemy monster has large shield or not.
any strategies...?
and for some weird reason, monsters with large shield have absurd amount of hp compared to others. |
