I apologise MilesTeg. If you felt bad, you deserve an apology. I know Neon, Majblomma and One Ring. I can assure you that they were just excited. I have asked them again. They never intended to hurt your feelings. One Ring clarified that he did not mean lucky you as somebody who does not deserve that luck. He found it a bit funny that you got the diamond golems one way or the other.
Still, if you got offended, they are sorry. Congratulations on reaching LeG 10. It is a lot of grind. You deserve it. I say this on their behalf as well. It is no easy feat. I am LeG 2 and I know how hard it is.
I am genuinely happy to see you get there. As are other guys. No ill will, negative vibes or malicious intent meant. I think you perceived that way and if words are misinterpreted, it is the fault of the person who said them. Therefore, you have our unconditional apology. |

All is good. The truth is, I don't really know anyone here, and none of you really know me. It is impossible for any of you to write anything that would in anyway offend me.
I am a teacher so am used to banter and well practiced at both sides of it. I also understand that if something in a public place could cause offence then one must act in case it did. It is not an easy role and inevitably judgements will differ on what is correct. Cool it doesn't really matter |
Mods are basically judging our intentions.
Moderators have always judged intentions.
For example, when Shub posts to the tune of "your leveling up is useless and you still suck" on someone's grats thread, we judge his intentions as being innocent and non-malicious so he doesn't get a ban.

| Acean, I know you are angry but moderators have a role to play. You can be angry about Syrian calling people stupid, but it is not right for you to insult back. And, I am sure, Syrian would learn from yesterday. It is our responsibility too to help the mods be better. When he reflects back, he will learn and be more polite in the future. It is a net positive for the entire community. |
