I like the game. I think it one of the best browser games ever.
Think of it. surviving this long.
Started in 2008, abandoned a few characters.
One of the only games you can log on and log off for months and don't feel that you have wasted time and efforts.
Looking forward for many years ahead playing the game.
THANK YOU! | Tbh there are A LOT of things that can be improved and implement in LWM, but I guess nobody can deny the fact that this game has given us A LOT of good moments, laughs, and fun.
Even tho the game is stolen, thanks a lot for adapting it to Browsers, I feel like all the hours I spend in this game are worth, its a lot of fun. :3

You don't lose any oportunity to say, to the four winds, this game is stolen. As if nobody here knows all the faction castles, creatures and talents were taken from the HOMM series. We all know it, most of us came here exactly because it is a HOMM game based, and some (like me) become a HOMM fan because of this game, in the other hand.
I disagree with you, this game wasn't stolen. The economy system, the guilds, the faction system, the combat level system are all original. I have not seem nothing similar in any of HOMM series. To say the truth, the own UBISOFT failed to build their MMORPG version from the HOMM series. I have tried two of them, and they are boring, at best. And hey, I have no problem in saying this game is best than any HOMM game itself.
So, about the topic, I am glad the game developers spent time and effort to bring us this awesome game. I have been around for six years, in which I came back and go, but I always had a very good time here.
But Ipsen, I respect your opinion, you are free to think whatever you want. But to come in a topic designed to express your gratitude and say this is a stolen game, shows not only that you're not grateful at all, but how detestable you have become. | for Ipsen:

It's interesting to think of the time when I first joined the game... now I play just because I'm addicted :P but back then I think I liked this because it resembled somewhat to chess, my favourite game. As I played more and more I liked how we could build an army and it gets stronger and stronger, we can control mythical creatures and play competitive tournaments and battles. I also was very impressed at how there are some many factions and all are equally competitive, it's really cool. This game has also improved a lot since 2009 and has become much easier to play, I mean earlier lev 14 was the highest and I'm gonna reach it in a year from starting with this account, even with months of inactivity in between.
I had never played HoMM before, I saw a few videos of it online due to this game but didn't find it too interesting tbh, as for why this game has copied many things is just because this is supposed to be an online version of HoMM, so of course it will have similarities to HoMM. | +1 for vengeful
I guess Ipsen wants to say he loves this game. But as a big fan of this game, I wouldn't call it "stolen". This game background does come from HOMM V, however the character building system and various new combat types is what makes it unique.

Agreed. Only the license alone, but not the ability to make good use of it. I say they should really consider taking the initiative to co-operate with the developers of this game and find ways to realize bigger profits.
Also, I feel that visual impressions are important especially to attract newer generation of kids who have access to a lot of games. I think we all know that there is so much more potential in this game than it is popular, but i the fact that it does not look cool (graphics in combat, overall style) hinders its popularity. Many new players would think of it as lame until they spend some time playing (from real experience with friends who have just looked at it once and were not sufficiently attracted to give it a go). | Vengeful, I think you're having a bad day, so I wont get offended by you badmouthing someone else in public as you just did (I would have used PM if I were you).
And btw, I havent even mentioned that more than twice ever in the Forums.
Anyway, as I said before:
this game has given us A LOT of good moments, laughs, and fun. | ^^ i have critisized the game on more occasions than i care to remember, but its more like a mother critisizing her kid to make them improve...
Any how the only real things the game has given me are few to count and quite strange :)
But quite worth it,
Taught me to save( all the gold for all the things i want)
Taught me to think big ( who was the guy who said he would get a UCI on Diamonds bought from saved gold?)
Taught me patience ( wait 7 years to recruit treefolk :D<--Just hit 11 and probably 7 more before dragons)
Taught me to read before playing ( all the rules and forums we usually learn to play first in life and then read)
Taught me to be subtle about critisism ( I learn't ways to critisize without abuse :) )
Taught me the msot important thing -- patience ( you all know what i mean)

think of it this way, our whole server wouldnt exist if not for the merge.

It's an strategy game, with a huge mix of rpg elements, briging a sweet balance between them, this game also offers a good deal of amount content split into different guilds and even not guilds mechanics as such GBs, events, tournaments between other features which offers a good divertity into the game, nedless to say the guilds bring lifetime into the game as it's own.
