Switched to beastslayers and they seem pretty good, the extra ini when you take damage compensates for the lower movement speed, stun seems to work more often than fearsome roar, and of course being small they can get into corners, which is useful against mages etc
13 wins from 14 so far, none vs AI, hoping for it to continue, just a shame I will not get to 30 I think. |

I think this is probably just a bit of confirmation bias, I really do not think this is anything other than random chances.
Approach it a different way. This game is coded based on specific algorithms. For what you say to be true, the admins would have had to go into this code and readjusted it, first to bias manticores, then griffins.
While this is possible, let us not forget that the admins are people, with the main purpose of their actions in this game to make most people happy and get as much money from donations as possible. There is simply no reason as to why they would bother to spend the time to code to bias one team over the other, there is no gain, only risk of causing dissatisfaction from doing it.
They may have means and oppportunity, but no motive. |

Bots just havn;t a clue with some builds at all.
Well it will be one round each, which I guess is fair enough, though truth be told I did kind of want it all wrapped up for manticore. Only 2 days left and pretty much not going to be able to do anymore to help my side, and having done some a few battles today, the average quality of my team mates is not so great, so skeptical as to what our odds are for the last part. Still I hope that the weekend gang may be good, fingers crossed. |

Ok, so as a team, if you want to win, this is what you need to do in any AI battles you come across.
If you have a win rate above 50%, then you should lose your AI battles, so as to maintain more battles that count against the opposite team.
If you have a lower than 50% win rate, then you competing against people, hinders your teams chances, best thing is if you face AI and win, and so have less opportunity to give points to the other team.
Of course best option is just play to win and have fun, who cares if the art you get has a tiny stat bonus! |
