I was only looking for battles that gave silver to me so settled for about 9.7-10.5k silver per battle as and when I got it, lost many today though lol |

My army is much much much stronger than yours, yet, I found it super hard to be clearing 9.5k consistently.
I don't think they adjusted for CLs well.
Ran out of losses in the end, and last day just went to shit.

Don't worry bro. As Uncle Psycho said, rewards given to top players of each CL, so u will compete with ur own level and not other levels.
Event is the best I had in my opinion, as good as portal of time.

Do the upgrades requiring more silver counted as more army power? For example, the forest brethren upgrade costs more than EFKs. Does this mean forest brethren count as more army power points than the EFK?
I've done all my battles, just fell short of the 4000 points (I'm good with this results considering I wasted the first 1.5 days of battles getting all those useless troops). Just thinking about spending the rest of silver for upgrades that can give me the most power points (and hopefully a slightly higher ranking). |

Ohhh well, they worked wonderfully for me, in fact they were the only real units I had that actually dealt some damage

I agree, while some battles are easy to do away with, others are incredibly hard even with a small difference as one click of that search for weaker enemies. Also, I saw a couple fights of lvl 12 characters, the troops they get vs the troops I get against me have such a huge difference between them, I could easily win everything if I were lvl 12 and with my army, and mind you there isn't a very big difference in terms of army strengths and arts if you compare lvl 12 & 13, apart from DU ofc. So I think yes, not much thought was given when adjusting difficulties for different levels, smh. |

I really liked the event. Being able to combine the power of armies from different factions is awesome. Was clueless and made so many mistakes at the beginning. But glad to see my enforcers' action in the final battle at last. Will definitely do better next time (guess everyone thinks so too :-D ) |

I found enforcers and warlords to be my best attacking troops. They dont die too soon for sure. |

Last battles was 7,3-8,3k and slowly growing. Not played with best art from beginning. Now with best standard shops art. I maybe could start using SoC :D

Nope, not the case.
I'm currently placed 13th and can see upto the person at 3rd position in the table and can only see 1 lvl 20 player and 1 lvl 23 player, others are like lvl 16,17,14 only. Not unusually high number of players from the same level and stuff like you said. There's a lvl 10 player too in that list so... |

Not so good at the end (139 now). I should be around 6k. I had to take to many troops or took less silver battles because out of tries:
