I see that wild griffins changes priority from battle to battle
They changed the mechanics I believe. The announcement says for the first 3 turns only the defender will be targeted

Yes us level 11's have been facing wild griffins

I'm finding dwarf opponents to be the most devastating so far

For darkness necro builds you can kill the shooters and wait out the effect of the spells. The melee troops will just keep defending

Having no difficulty winning but have taken a few major building/population losses
Ricochet shot from mistresses also does a significant population damage. I faced a hero with 48 mistresses :/

In the past so I assume it's the same this time but lower levels actually had it far easier then high levels
i dont think so i played in level 6 alt and balance looks similar
No offence or anything, but to me a level 11 is still considered a low level.
Yeah, you're a low level until you get tier7 xD
well so from 6 to 11 lets say dificulty if you go full ap is 1 loose out of 12 fights, and in level 14+ full ap it is higher?? if not balance is the same to me.
i think it is just if you are unlucky you get impossible bot for yout build, or if you are lucky you are level 14 and you do 24/24

Sadly that is not the case. At higher levels you face extreme numbers of troops. One wrong move can punish a higher level player far greater than a lower level. In the higher levels just improperly setting up your troops can easily potentially cost you a battle.
Don't forget that talents also increase at higher levels. Lower levels face enemies with few talents. :)
to me a level 11 is still considered a low level.
Yes with all the ways to grind experience in these days I am finding it a breeze to fly through levels without giving up sacrificing character strength.
I see our friend Bob here is from the pre-merge days and I remember experience was not as easy to get then without completely ruining your stats or becoming overwhelmed with boredom
Randomness of enemies will always be there

No matter ur level
Higher level face more diverse enemies then lower level

I have faced an impossible barb with too high defense for my level :'-(

Its probably luck in PVE fights on the opponent u get they are always beatable by some tactic


Also i have got 3 towers now with 2 fully upgraded

I skip the no ranged penalty ability and any health or damage upgrades. I only buy towers then knocking shot and finally double shot. I believe the towers most useful ability is knocking troops back. Other people might find them to be more useful in other ways but this is my strategy
i am exploring a little bit:

Algor, higest exp in server, 23/24

An many players level 16+ i see with no loses.
-second player in server, 12/12
-third player in server, 16/17

- my level 6 alt, 20/22

well i dont see much difference. Maybe your reference point is not detached, and the problem is your build who knows
