This policy describes account data processing and Google sign-in for Heroeswm.ru (Heroes of War and Money), also known as Lords of War and Money / LordsWM, on heroeswm.ru and lordswm.com and in the official Lords of War & Money: Strategy mobile application.
Request deletion of Google data or contact us about account deletion
For questions about privacy, data processing or Google sign-in, contact the HeroesWM / LordsWM administration at [email protected].
When you choose to sign in or register with Google and grant permission, the service requests your email address and basic Google profile information. The Google response may contain:
During registration we store your Google identifier, email and the received profile response. The response may be stored in the registration attempt log even if registration is not completed. The full response in this log is scheduled for periodic cleanup once the record is at least 24 hours old and the registration completion window has expired; the reduced record is not automatically deleted. See section 6 for details, including the separate storage of data for successfully created accounts.
The fields returned depend on your account and the permissions granted. Sign-in does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or Google Calendar.
Your Google identifier is used to associate your Google account with a game account, find linked characters and authenticate sign-in. Your email is stored as the account contact address and used for account recovery and security notifications, including changes to account credentials.
Other received profile details are stored with registration data. Signing in with Google does not by itself publish your Google name, email or photo in your game profile.
Google data is not used for personalized advertising or sold. We use it for the account features and protection described in this policy.
The service does not receive your Google account password. A Google authorization code or access token is used to authenticate sign-in and retrieve your profile. When you sign in from the mobile application, the service validates the token with Google. Subsequent game access uses game sessions and tokens that are separate from the Google token.
The website and application also process IP addresses, browser or application version details, technical device information and identifiers, and sign-in information. These are used to operate the service, maintain sessions, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
Cookies and local storage support sign-in, registration, remembered game accounts and settings. These technical details are not obtained from your Google profile. Disabling cookies or clearing storage may require you to sign in again.
During sign-in, data is exchanged between your browser or application, the service and Google to perform authentication. Processing by Google is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Access to data for service administration is limited to operation, support and security tasks. Technical infrastructure providers may process data as necessary for these tasks, and data may be disclosed where there is a lawful basis to do so.
We do not transfer Google data to advertising platforms or data brokers. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Full Google response in the registration attempt log. Periodic cleanup removes the full response and temporary registration data from records that are at least 24 hours old, provided the registration completion window has expired. Cleanup applies to both completed and incomplete registration attempts.
Reduced log. After cleanup, the record retains the Google identifier, email, email verification status, IP address, attempt date and registration deadline. For successful registrations, it also retains the completion date and the number of the created character. Record review and cleanup timestamps are also retained. This log is used to investigate support requests and prevent abuse. Reduced records are not automatically deleted.
Data for created accounts. After successful registration, the Google identifier, email and received profile details are also stored in the game account registration record. Cleaning the registration attempt log does not remove this data or disable Google sign-in.
To request deletion of stored Google data, including data in the reduced log and the account registration record, follow the process in section 7.
Communication with Google uses HTTPS with certificate verification. Access checks and session protection measures are used to protect game accounts.
To request deletion of stored Google data or unlink Google sign-in, email [email protected] with the subject "Google data deletion".
Include the email address used for Google sign-in, the action you request, and your character name or number if a character was created. You can also submit a request if registration was not completed.
To protect your data, we may ask you to verify ownership of the relevant account. Do not send your password, Google token or one-time codes. Requests are reviewed manually, and we will explain the processing timeframe after reviewing your request. If specific data needs to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance, we will explain which data is retained, why and for how long.
You can also use this address to request information about stored data, corrections or deletion of your game account. Game account deletion requests are reviewed separately: after reviewing your request, we will explain what actions can be taken and the timeframe.
Deleting Google data, unlinking Google and deleting a game account are different actions. Unlinking Google does not automatically delete your character or game history. If Google is your only sign-in method, arrange another way to access your account with support first.
You can revoke permission for the service in the third-party apps and services connections section of your Google account.
Revocation ends the access granted through Google, but does not by itself delete data already stored by the game or end existing game sessions. To request deletion of data we hold, follow the contact process above.
The mobile application is not intended for children under 13 or another minimum age required by applicable rules. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required consent, contact [email protected].
The current version is published on this page with its update date. If we change the purposes for which Google data is used, we will notify users and obtain the necessary consent before using it for new purposes. For questions about this policy, contact [email protected].
