Premium accounts are making me think hard about applying for official positions, I could really use that salary. But, alas, I am not a chatty person. I'd probably spend more time (lurking) in the chat rooms if it was on the right side of the screen (like in a frame) instead of the bottom. I usually hate frames but this is one of those times when it can be useful...

(eg. Minimum and maximum of words)

There is no minimum limit. Just as long as there are responses to the answers. The maximal limit is however many symbols the Private Message will allow you to enter.
But I must remind you that on of the requirements are; • You are combat level 8 or above. |

As long as any debt you have accumulated is lawful according to general game rules, yes players in this situation may apply. |
