One good thing for me: I wont have to face DD and tribal in one team always at this combat level like before. However, the overall participation will be affected by poor balance mechanism gradually.
I played 7 combats since this update, and 5 wins.

It was fun.
Suppose If i use skill potion in 3v3 mixed cg, and one of the 6 players has fsp 11 in thier main faction,Then will i have fsp 10 at level 12 during combat?

Nope, the potion will only work if one of the other 5 players has same combat level as you or lower. In order for you to play with fsl 10, one of the players in that game should have fsl 11 at no more than combat level 12.

there are another type CG(dual) you can join there.. there is know grantee that your skill potion work on random CG, may be you get and high fsl player just + or - your lvl or not. see this is random allocation right?

FSL will be equal to the highest skill level minus one among current combat participants of same or lower combat level.

your last combat:
So you look only at participants of same or lower combat level. You are are CL12. The other player CL12 has FSL9, so with potion you will have FSL(9-1)=FSL8.

Yes, which means you would have fsl 8 either way. At CL 12, you wont see a guy with fsl 10, so you shouldn't buy a potion for now. You will always have fsl 8 from it which you already have.
The mixed CG combats are nice, but I don't understand why they didn't make buttons for random 2vs2 and 3vs3 combats of same CL too. I liked 2vs2 very much and the mixed combats often have an awful balance.
They dont wanna split battles into more categories because "mixed" version will be more unbalanced because less player - less balance.
My application has been kicked twice in a row (facepalm)
I created both in 7 hour interval. at xx;07. Both got rejected for some reason :S

Why do you think so? I know for one thing they didn't intend to do it for us(.com community as you say.) Heck, we weren't even informed by them regarding the change.
New feature for the CG, now you can add friends to play with. However, i wasn't able to join mixed battle without choosing a friend.
