the plants are not easy, i retried it several times too.
funnily, the most difficult battle for me is the first battle, it takes me a long time to realize that those boxes can be dragged. |
I haven't finish the quest altogether but have done the harpies and plants one and did completed in 1st try, was pretty easy but I found some to be difficult where others says it's easy.. I guess it's a matter of your playing style, believe it or not I found the second one (griffins monster?) to be the hardest..
Just split all harpooners stack and place them directly infront of the plants and pull them, bears would hit them in first turn and would at least survive till your mountain sentries are adjacent to the plants.. |

| silly question, but why are these never translated into english? What if we volounteered to make text translations (given the sources), would it be implemented? |

For harpies I did a turtle formation with harpooners being guarded (split your mountain sentries to protect it), I put the harpooners and sentries in the top corner and for bears, just put it somewhere where none of the large 2 stack harpies could hit it..
In the very first turn since the bottom harpies can't hit anything it'll move forward (within bear's striking range), the top harpy however will go for the mountain sentries seeing that's the only thing it can hit. Then use bears and go for the harpy which is in striking range and harpooners go for the other one.
That's what I did anyways and won, if u know where to place and hit, it's actually pretty simple.. |

I got 99%. No idea what to do to get 100%.
You get that thing for the witch in one of the quests in the tavern. |

Try to complete every battle within 3 attempts.
You will get 100%.
And keep doing "search for pirates"
you will get easy treasure that way
to buy mage artifacts.
And buy artifacts that enhance you mage skills
Will help you a lot.
I earned 100% that way only.

increase.
There are few arts in the quest with the dealer
that increases your knowledge and spell power.
even the thing that the witch asks for.
it also increases your magic power.
not a part of quest to complete the requirement of witch.
but it makes your battles much easier/ |
there are few types of battles in the quest
the first kind of few battles are your primary and continuos, which you have to do if you want to continue the quest.
then second kind , search for pirates, infinite numbers (but increases diffculty just a little bit every time you do it) but great for earning treasure boxes.
third kind , tavern {(total three sets of battles) in total about 10-12 battles} which earns you treasure boxes and sometimes arts,
in tavern , the second set, there's a battle with sea monster, do that to gain one of the item for witch.
in tavern , the third set, there's another battle with sea creatures. do that to gain another item for witch.
fourth kind, the battles with pirates in pirate island, those are the battles which make you come to completion of quest one by one.
whenever you see artifacts for increase you magic and knowledge, buy it.
there is a artifact which gives you meteor rain and chain lighting, that is the most imp artifact, no matter what you do
you have to get it and keep it till end of quest
it will be the most helpful in every battle you do.
this is the max i can help you.
other things it's easy and i am sure you can do it.
just concentrate on your tactics properly.
and the primary battles atleast do that within 3 attempts.
as once you complete them, you can drop the quest (abort), whenever you want and continue from that check point..
they will show you a message as, check point has been made.
only after that, attempt to abort, or else you have start again afresh.
and no need to do shadow battle.(waste of time)
I did not do it and still got 100%.
Save your skeleton coins.
any hard battle that takes more than third attempt, will decrease a coin each time.
Those coins are helpful in saving your 100%
don't use coins in hints
