I think this is unlikely to be implemented. CoA/loot boxes are soft gambling and an important part of that is the anticipation, the high of victory, the near misses and countless other psychological effects.
You can't go to Vegas and do 70 slot rolls in 1 sitting, that way you just lose your money and won't ever come back. You need to see the reels spinning, the flashing lights, the thrill. Very few people need to open 70 chests at once.
